Scope of work: • Level the site • Build retaining walls: total length ~15 meters, expected height ~50 cm. Material can be whatever is most efficient but should look good. Open for suggestions really here. • Planting (trees and shrubs; quantity depends on budget) • Mulching • Simple pavement work (nothing fancy) • Remove/dispose of excess material, including dirt and topsoil if needed Requirements: • Must have experience in landscaping, retaining walls, and planting • Must be able to dispose of excess material • Complete the job by mid-January Budget: • $6,500 total (firm, largely what is available) • If you cannot work at this price, you may counter-offer, but please keep it reasonably close to the budget. I need the boundary fence cleared so the fencing contractor can access to build new fence. Plus a general yard clean up. Note I will supply a green waste skip so removal of green waste is not needed. I need some yard work done on a property in Charnwood. Property is about 900 square meters. The grass was previously overgrown. It was then mowed over a month back. The overgrown cuttings formed a mat. The yard has overgrown again. Also, there are shrubs, pants and tiny trees that need to be removed. Hedges at the front of the property at the entrance to be trimmed. What needs to be done: Inspect the property first to understand the scope of the work. Then put in your offer amount. Completely remove ALL shrubs, plants and trees from the sides and back of the house. Trim the hedges at the front of the house to 2 meters height, as well its sides. Remove all remaining plants and shrubs at the front of the house. Mow lawn, including inside the property and about one meter outside the fence around the entire property. The existing matted grass clippings and the new grass clippings need to be removed completely, and should not be left on the ground. All green waste needs to be removed.
