If it works out well, I’d be happy to organise ongoing monthly maintenance for $180 per month. We did have a regular gardener, but unfortunately they haven’t shown up for the last two months and haven’t responded to messages, so the yard just needs a good reset. Ideally I’d like this done ASAP, but I can be flexible with timing as the yard is accessible even if we’re not home.
