I  AM  THE  OWNER  OF  A  SIMPSON  SINGLE DOOR  REFRIGERATOR / FREEZER  THAT  I PURCHASED  AROUND  2008. OVER  THE  LAST  COUPLE  OF  DAYS, I  FEEL  PARTICULARLY  THE  REFRIGERATOR  SECTION  IS  NOT  MAINTAINING  THE  CORRECT  TEMPERATURE ( SOME  FOODS, LIQUIDS  ARE  NOT  COOL  TO  THE  TOUCH). THE TEMPERATURE READING FOR THE FREEZER IS -18 AND THE TEMPERATURE READING FOR THE FRIDGE IS FLUCTUATING BETWEEN 5 AND 10. THE  SEALS  APPEAR  TO  BE  IN  ORDER  AND I  HAVE  NOT  NOTICED  ANY  WATER POOLING  ON  FLOOR I  AM  AWARE  THAT  RE GASSING  MAYBE REQUIRED  OR  FAN / THERMOSTAT  MAY NEED  REPLACEMENT.OBVIOUSLY,  THE FIRST  PLACE  TO  START  IS  FOR  A  SERVICE TECHNICIAN  TO  EXAMINE  THE  UNIT. FURTHERMORE, IS  THERE  A  CALLOUT CHARGE,  IF  SO  HOW  MUCH  IS  SAID CHARGE?. PLEASE INCLUDE AIRTASKERS FEE IN QUOTE. IS  ANY  CALLOUT  CHARGE  DEDUCTED FROM  ANY  REPAIR  WORK  COSTS?

Freezer can be turned on but is not cold.

The compressor fan wiring on our Samsung fridge seems to have detached. See photos. Fridge cooling is not working as it should as a result. We have cleaned the fridge coils out and the freezer seems to be cooling but the fridge isn't. Most likely this is due to the fans not transferring air from freezer to cooler. See photos for electrics and model. Need help investigating cause, likely the fan. We did a full two day defrost which helped for about 6 weeks but the issue is back again. The motor now sounds heavy/struggling.

Our Gorenje integrated refrigerator beeps every 24 hours reflecting the left side freezer is not at temp. Doors appear to be sealing fine. No issues on the right side. Hoping for someone with Gorenje parts and experience to troubleshoot the fault and fix.

Fridge section is too cold. Temperature has been adjusted, but no effect. Freezer section is fine.

Last week noted variable temperatures in fridge, freezer working. Food going mouldy in some areas. Turned off and defrosted completely for 24 hrs and restarted, still not cooling appropriately.
