Description: Looking for a qualified appliance technician to inspect and service a Gorenje built-in fridge/freezer (Model: NRKI5181LW) that has recently become noticeably louder than usual when the fan is running. The unit is integrated and located in an apartment. It was defrosted last week due to ice build-up but the fan noise has persisted and is now more pronounced. We had a power issue that made everything in our fridge go off and made us take everything out of our freezer to be sterilised and deodorised. In the process of doing so, we cannot get the drawers to stay on their tracks and it’s rendering the freezer nearly useless as when one drawer opens the other one falls and it’s a frustrating disaster. Does anyone have experience in repairing or fixing these drawer back into the tracks? We have tried and failed

The temperature on the freezer has reset and I don’t know how to get it back to normal temperature. The door will not close completely.

Unit will run fine for around 12 hours then trips the electrical breaker it’s connected too. I thought one of the condenser fans was the problem but I replaced that and still have the issue. Need a diagnostic on it with potential for repair. Air tasker portion is only diagnostic fee.
