Ice maker is producing ice but the metal coil that moves the ice and opening the hole is not operating. Let me know It’s Samsung Model number DA99-00494B I have blocked off the ice hole which isn’t closing for now and keeping the freezer cool so no leaking. Just won’t push the ice out even though it’s filled up with ice. Have defrosted

Hi, I have a Hisense fridge that is about 5 years old. There is a noise coming from the fan in the freezer section, and I’ve also noticed that the freezer cooling is working but freeze is not cool enough. Both have separate door . Just wondering if anyone can help identify what the issue might be?

Need to swap the opening direction on an essato fridge/freezer for an elderly lady on a walker, who just moved into a new unit. The door currently opens on the left but needs to be changed for better access from the kitchen. Hi, I'm looking for an Airtasker to help diagnose and fix an issue with our fridge/freezer. It is a Liebherr SICN 3056 (French door integrated fridge/freezer) The problem is that the freezer isn't cooling adequately. With the thermostat set to -24°C, I'm measuring roughly -1°C on the top shelf of both sides and around -6°C on the lower shelf. The fridge section appears to be working normally. The issue may have been caused (or at least made worse) by my attempt to defrost some ice build-up on the top shelf of the freezer using a hairdryer. I've since learned that's not the recommended approach, so it's possible something has been damaged in the process.
