I have a Kogan fridge freezer that has been working well for around 5–6 years, but the freezer compartment has suddenly stopped cooling/freezing properly. The fridge section is still working / cooling normally. I’m looking for an experienced fridge/freezer or appliance repair technician to diagnose the problem and repair it if possible. Please let me know your call-out/inspection fee and an estimated repair cost.

I think the fridge thermostat has frozen/ failed. Fridge freezers, freezer is very hard to open and fan sometimes makes a noise. Water was pooling at the bottom of the fridge which we cleared out but it may have done it again. Turning the fridge off for a few hours didn’t help.

I have a Westinghouse refrigerator (Model: WHE5100SA-D). The lower freezer drawer has broken plastic runner/supports and the drawer no longer slides correctly. The freezer is still cooling normally. There is also some ice build-up which may need to be checked to ensure the drawer closes properly. Looking for someone experienced with Westinghouse/Electrolux refrigerators who can: Inspect the freezer drawer. Identify the broken parts. Supply and replace the required drawer runners/supports (or advise if only parts need replacing). Check the freezer door seal and defrost system if necessary. Please quote for labour separately from parts. I've attached photos of the damage.

Our freezer for our Hisense fridge is causing icy cubes in the freezer and the food is not freezing properly. I believe it is a faulty seal. Just need someone to get and replace the seal for our fridge
