Hello, I thought I'd give you some more information. I need the floor in my unit levelled to prepare for Hybrid flooring & Hybrid flooring install. It's a 1 bedroom apartment, Bedroom (small wardrobe) and Living room install; 32 m2. I've attached a layout of my unit, I forgot to include the space in the wardrobe but you get the picture. I've already removed the skirting board. I need you to: Day #1 - Carpet - Uplift Carpet (Carpet Grippers already removed) - Carpet Bailing (removal) - Furniture Assistance (only an IKEA wardrobe I can't lift myself) - Supply self-levelling compound - Levelling floor Day #2 - Supply Finishing Bar - Floorboard Install - Skirting Board - Reinstate Bylaws: • Instruct contractors to avoid the lifts for transporting building materials • Ensure that the site is left clean and tidy upon completion of the job, don’t use common property for waste (bring it with you) • Ensure that neighbours are respected • Make sure no damage is caused as a result of the installation. Clean rust stains from a recently completed suspended concrete slab. Using CLR rust remover or Zodiac all in one stain remover. About 60 sqm in total Will need a trestle to access soffit which is about 3M above the floor level. Easy access from street.

Set up a fan to dry the damp carpet and wall. Ensure a fan is positioned on this side of the wall as well as on the other side, as it is a thin wall and moisture may have seeped through. Monitor the area to ensure thorough drying.

The back room of my shop needs carpet tiles laid. I already have the carpet tiles so you will just need the adhesive and something to cut the tiles. The room is around 3.6 x 5.6 meters. The floor is flat so not much prep work apart from cleaning which I can do. I don’t have a great photo of the back room either - Sorry!
