Hi! I have just had flooring laid and I need someone to fix and caulk the skirting to the wall. I have been told it will need to be plugged and fixed to the wall as the are masonry walls.

Floor prep and vinyl plank floor laying

We would like tiled dining/living area measured for laminate or hybrid flooring and installed within the next few weeks. We would need hep ordering the right product also. Remove existing tiled carpet floor. The floor is very level, so may need a skim coat of smoothing compound over the existing slab. Do not expect major floor prep work. Need to move the already purchased planks from garage to the basement (two stories down a straight outdoor stair). Install the planks. Need to remove and put back the skirting to allow planks to expand. Tidyup and dispose all rubbish - Due date: Flexible
