Two medium size outdoor decks and five stairs needs to be sand and stained.

I have a large deck and walkway with stairs around an inground pool. The timber decking needs to be nail punched, sanded and polished.

There are 3 areas as per photo where floor mounted door hinge base has been removed. The timber floor under needs to be sanded back and coated to match existing within reason.

My carpet is ripped so i need someone to replace a small piece for me so please

Description: Looking for someone experienced in small timber floor repairs to fix a 15×15 cm dull/abraded patch on our kitchen floor. This is not a full-floor sand. The surrounding boards are in good condition. It may have come from a possum, we are not sure appeared overnight. The patch needs: • Light feather sanding to smooth the abraded area • Spot polyurethane recoat (satin/matte) to blend with existing finish • Colour/finish blending so the repair is not noticeable

Two planks of wood were scratched need repair; there are ready-made floorboards available for replacement.

Add primed white boards and skirting trim (trim I have) over top of silver kick boards. So to match the rest of the house. Quote please only put this price on as I had to to processed with post.

Need an approx 1m length of new skirting board installed. I do not have the skirting board materials and these would need to be purchased as part of the job. Photos are included of the existing skirting board that needs to be matched into. It is approx 5cm high with a rounded top.
