PSA: Unfortunately I am relisting because Airtaskers AI took down my ad because I put room dimensions and Airtasker AI was too dumb to understand the difference between room dimensions and the phone numbers. So I am going to try one last time and if it delete this ad too, I am moving to hipages or gumtree to find trades people after closing my Airtasker account. Anyway, the task is to replace the carpets in 4 bedrooms with laminated timber floor boards, please provide the floorboards and the underlays. I am not going to risk listing each room dimensions again, but in total it is around half century square meters ( sorry about the retarded way to list the dimensions).

I need floating floorboards installed in this room which is approximately 3.7 meters by 4 meters. I have already ordered the boards through Beaumont tiles to match the floorboards in the rest of my house. I do not have the underlay, but potentially I can order the Scotia from Beaumont tiles although they only have concave and I need flat to match the rest of my house. I'm happy to remove the carpet myself to prepare the room. Please note that my quote price is only a guess because I have no idea what this costs to do.

Skirting boards needing to be replaced and painted due

We have two rooms which need their door entry carpet ends (and underlay) cut and tucked into existing transition trims (and edge) as we just had our floors laid. Must have had experience doing this previously. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 3 December 2022

Need someone to caulk and seal around skirting boards for a 4 beds house. Skirting boards are already painted. Just need some caulking done - floor to skirts and skirts to wall. Please note, the gap in between the floor and kitchen bench area is a bit more and may require some filling before caulking. Kitchen area is the only area with some bigger gaps, the rest is fine. Kitchen photos attached. Floor type: polished concrete. - Due date: Needs to be done by Friday, 4 November 2022
