Find an experienced flooring expert in Croydon NSW

I have some old carpet that needs to get ripped out. Its glued to the ground so you might need a chemical to get it off the ground and scrape off any glue/ debris underneath so that the floor is smooth and clean. Picture provided of room and carpet. Underfloor must be exposed clean and smooth. If you have a chemical to strip it happy days.

Need someone to finish installing laminate flooring in our study 3.3m x 2m. We have already done the underlay and started the flooring but had issues locking the flooring together and could not complete the job. All materials have already been bought for the job. I am unsure of budget so please share quotes if you can help.

Laminate floorboards Locking/ clicking system Floorboard (original) thickness: 12mm width: 193mm length: 2250mm Mix of new + used pieces total= 22 sqm - 23 sqm (with both side offcuts - if can be used in ?BR2) -The Uncut: x28 pieces = 12.159,000 sqm -Right side offcuts: x22 pieces = 4.749,151 sqm -Light side offcuts: x17 pieces = 4.010,347 sqm -Both side offcuts: x4 pieces = .776,825 sqm (to use at narrow area/ near door entrance?) -Tongue part to be trimmed: x2 pieces = .868,500 sqm (to use at right wall side so tongue part can be trimmed off) -Onesided and tongue offcuts: x2 pieces = .483,465 sqm (to use at right wall side and to the corner) There are two bedrooms and a hallway. I'm looking at laying the floorboards in one bedroom and the hallway. Open to suggestion. Hello - need someone to deep clean hallway stairs total -17. Chemicals will need to be used. Stairs got light paint on them during painting and has residue left after wiping - water based. See pics.
