I have one damage vinyl floorboard that will need replacing. I have a spare floorboard ready for installation. Unsure if this is possible with a fully laid floor. Believe the problem was that the original installer did not level the area under the tile when laying. Walking on it has caused the problem - Due date: Flexible

Apartment kitchen area will be clear of all furniture, stove etc. Need to have existing vinyl removed. Then install new vinyl floor in the kitchen using glue to exisiting chipboard.
