I need 5sqm of laminate floorboards to be installed, and scotias to be fixed around the room perimeter (room is fairly square and approx 50sqm perimeter

3 rooms. One common area. 2 sets of stairs. Remove carpet and install floorboards to all.

Theres 5sqm of laminate that needs to be installed for the under stair area of my apartment. Also the scotias for the rest of the apartment (47sqm) havent been installed, so need that done. For one area will need to carve the scotia to allow a wire to pass vertically upward. See photos

I have one damage vinyl floorboard that will need replacing. I have a spare floorboard ready for installation. Unsure if this is possible with a fully laid floor.
