Unsure of the process but am wanting to purchase floating floor boards from bunnings and have it installed in my apartment. the space is 50.2 square meters

There are two bleach spots where a guest who was looking out for my apartment during a trip decided to use bleach to clean my carpet floor after a coffee spill. One patch is 50cm x 50cm and the other is 30cm x 30cm. Please find images attached. The carpet in itself is old so I would like honest advice on the best thing to do.

Needing a carpet repair. I have the carpet. Ideally you will have adhesive otherwise I will have to get a whole tube that will never get used, lol. If you have a scrap of underlay, that would be fantastic! I know it's a tiny job, but if you have a spare 20 mins, it may be worth your while. I am not sure what a job like this costs.

Hey!, just looking for a passionate professional carpet cleaner. I have got just a small area of carpet I would like scrubbed clean. It’s a cream coloured Carpet that is very dirty looking, it’s just the hallway I am after doing and maybe around the bed if possible.
