THIS IS CORK REMOVAL ( Not Tile removal) Have approx 52 SQM of cork to be removed. The cork is glued to Masonite that is stapled to the Yellow tongue timber subfloor. The cork and masonite come up using a chisel/spade/crowbar etc and most U staples stay in the masonite, but also many stay in the yellow tongue flooring requiring pulling up with pliers/screw driver etc. A bit time consuming. Need done in about 2 weeks if possible. Please quote a SQM rate so I know the total job cost based on 52 SQM. OR I can rip the cork out and someone quote to sit and pull the staples out on hourly rate?

Floor Grinding to grind down left over tile cement screed and level the floor. Kitchen and Dining = 14sqm (subfloor wooden). Will have new overlay floor on top of subfloor Entry foyer = 4.5sqm (subfloor concrete).

I would like to put a vinyl or similar flooring in part of my home gym area. The floor is currently concrete and gym matting. The area to be done is approximately 6m x 4.6m The floor is smooth but I’m not sure if it is mm level, there isn’t any obvious high or low spots to the eye though.

Repair damaged floor in the kitchen

Hi, we have two bedrooms in our investment property that need to be re-carpeted. Dimensions on the floor plan were measured by ourselves, areas that require carpet removal and installation are highlighted in orange. Please kindly quote on the following: * Removal of old carpet and disposal. The existing underlays are still in pretty good condition as shown in pictures, please advise if they can stay. * Supply of your cheapest range of carpet, a light beige color preferred. Please provide photos of samples in the offer if possible. * Installation of new carpet

After installing a thicker carpet, a door and 2 sliding doors are rubbing against it. I would need help to get the bottom of them trimmed. The hight of the sliding doors is adjustable, but I haven’t managed to lift them up, or they could already be at their highest position.
