Find an experienced flooring expert in Boronia

I’ve recently removed carpet in my home and there are original wooden/timber floors underneath. I’m looking for someone experienced to: • Remove old carpet glue/adhesive from the wooden floor • Clean and prepare the surface properly • Light sanding if required • Apply oil/finish to restore the timber flooring

Some floor damage in a rental property with what I think is a hardwood laminate flooring. I only have the one photo at the moment, but I am happy to take more if needed.

THIS IS CORK REMOVAL ( Not Tile removal) Have approx 52 SQM of cork to be removed. The cork is glued to Masonite that is stapled to the Yellow tongue timber subfloor. The cork and masonite come up using a chisel/spade/crowbar etc and most U staples stay in the masonite, but also many stay in the yellow tongue flooring requiring pulling up with pliers/screw driver etc. A bit time consuming. Need done in about 2 weeks if possible. Please quote a SQM rate so I know the total job cost based on 52 SQM. OR I can rip the cork out and someone quote to sit and pull the staples out on hourly rate?

Floor Grinding to grind down left over tile cement screed and level the floor. Kitchen and Dining = 14sqm (subfloor wooden). Will have new overlay floor on top of subfloor Entry foyer = 4.5sqm (subfloor concrete).

Remove and replace toilet roll holder, remove and replace water supply line hose in toilet (materials supplied by me) and reattach 2 small sections of skirting board (materials supplied by me).

Hi flooring people. I’m searching for someone experienced/qualified who can quote me for I believe what’s called ‘Armstrong flooring’? Location Boronia. It’s for a pod measuring 3m x 2.4m. The flooring needs to go up the sides of the walls slightly, like veterinary clinics and hospitals. The walls are made of refrigerated panels. There will be a follow up job of the same or similar dimensions in September. Current flooring in the pod is yellow tongue. Thank you ☺️
