20 square metres wood deck to be sanded

Need help to put skirting boards back against the walls (and cut as needed). We had some issues with electric cabling which meant we had to tear down skirting boards on 4 walls (approx 10m). Skirting boards themselves are still there.

Sourcing the materials, painting and installing a small additional piece on the skirting board to cover gap left when carpet was removed (please see photo of the gap, and the fix which has been done else where in the apartment). Two bedrooms of 2.7 x 4.2m and 3.1 x 4.2m

Ceiling • Clean the affected patch of ceiling with an anti-mold solution (vinegar/bleach wipe or similar). • Make sure it’s dry and treated so the stain doesn’t turn into mold. • (Repainting/repairs not required — my flatmate is a builder and will handle that later). Notes: • This is a one-off incident from rain, not a leak. • Only one bedroom is affected. • Please bring your own equipment (wet vac, blower fans, dehumidifier, cleaning solution). Hi All, I’m looking to get some old carpet torn up and removed with floorboards polished to match the living room.

Need someone to smooth out the edges of the tiles that will go onto a kitchen benchtop. The edges will need to be sealed after smoothing them out. Also the width would need to match throughout all 10 Tiles, so they sit nicely when laid next to each other.

Fixing a carpet burned with hair straightener. please use this method: Needs to cut away the burned carpet fibers and replace them with fibers from another area. To replace the burnt fibres, all you need to do is use a small amount of super glue to attach them to the damaged area. Need to look like if there's no burn as it's for the apartment inspection
