Requesting outdoor deck sanding in preparation for oil/staining. Area is approx 22 metres squared. No oiling or staining required, only sanding. Seeking someone with their own floor sander. Deck is flat and timber in good condition. Nails will already be hammered/punched flat and furniture removed.

I need someone to fabricate custom skirting boards only (no installation), to match the existing special profile shown in the photo. Details: • Quantity: 2 pieces • Length: 1.3m each • Material: timber • Profile: must match existing skirting board (see photo). A rough profile is provided but please measure it onsite No installation required.

Looking for a quote to remove a 7m x 5m area of old carpet and replace with laminate floorboards like the photo attached. I can provide all materials needed or pay for them to be collected, Bunnings would be fine. The area is hexagon in shape so some cutting of boards would be required. Happy to pay cash.

Unfortunately our carpet was stained and we tried to fix it ourselves which has led to discolouring. The stain lifted but the carpet underneath remains lighter/ yellow than the other carpet. Hoping someone can either dye it, fix it or patch it with carpet from somewhere else in the house

Apply vinyl (lay only, Vinyl will be donated), around current bar area and trim to existing carpet tiles. Welded joints. Happy to meet on site pre quote if that helps.
