Lay 23 m² of groove and tongue Bunnings flooring in an office space(5.5x3.8) straight walls, one with a curve to it

I'm looking for quotes to sand and re coat a jarrah floor . The area is a L shaped 2.3mx 3.8 m - 6.4 x 2m so around 21 SQM . This area joins the lounge room which also has Jarrah floors - but they are in good condition . Is it possible to have both floors the same color or will the newly sanded floor look significantly lighter?

Unfortunately the floor boards have been scratched in multiple places and looking for a fix.

I need to take out a few floating floorboards in kitchen to be able to then remove an old dishwasher. New or existing floorboards to be put back in place, and then level the floor where a new dishwasher will later go in. We have the floorboards, will need some timber for the leveling task.

Labour only- I need someone to cut and lay vinyl flooring in my kitchen. I intend to purchase a 3x6m roll from Bunnings (floorboard effect),it has felt backing and requires no glue. Floor boards are flat and in good condition underneath. Some edging might be required and can adjust price accordingly.

Old carpet and carpet fixtures underlay pulled up and dumped on site. Carpet has been laid aroud aircon outlets so tasker will need to be able to remove carpet from this. Four bedroom two story house plus office. On site skip for dumping. - Due date: Before Friday, 3 November 2023
