Trim existing floorboards, remove any existing glue on concrete, cut and install new engineered floorboards which I will supply, glue new floorboards to concrete to neatly match existing floorboards using tongue and groove if possible. I’m looking for someone to assist with installing our skirting boards. The house never had them so no removal is required. The boards would go in our three small bedrooms, tv room, living, dining, kitchen area and hallway. Sealing, painting not required. Looking to get this done next Thursday or Saturday - consider this when making an offer. I will provide the boards and can buy nails, glue, however you will need to bring all tools.
Patrick is a great guy and an excellent tasker. He was too busy to communicate in the beginning but we got to book in a day eventually. He showed up and got the work done within a day. He is extremely fast, clean, and works to very high standards. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others looking for an all-round handyman.
