Cat has been pissing in the corner of apartment which has blackened the floorboards and damaged the skirting board in this area . Looking to have the floorboard/skirting board repaired so it blends in with the rest of the floor and removes the smell. (Before and after photos of the damage attached)

Sand and polish 40sqm of wooden deck and coat with sealer. Must have own equipment.

Hi, I have 4 pairs of water damaged floorboards and would like a quote on how much it’ll cost. All 4 pairs are pretty similar to the photos I’ve attached. Not sure if engineered or floating floorboards. Offer whatever you think is fair.

Remove and replace broken/cracked floorboards. There’s around 20 throughout that have lifted or cracked and seperated, I’ve had them fully replaced twice in the last 8 years, I still have spare boxes of these ones and hoping to have repaired to last another year or two before having to replace all flooring again. Water damaged Skirting boards need to be repaired. They are mostly intact so I think the best thing to do is to sand it down, fill with spackfilla and paint. I can provide all materials though if you have an automated sander that would help

Removed a table and the jarah floor boards have been cut into the concrete leaving a gap. I need the floor covered and the jarah wood reseated. I have budgeted $800 for this job based on the previous guy. Including a polish for the room.

Glue down install pre-ordered, pre-finished solid timber floorboards (probably blackbutt) for about 110m2 and staircase and replace the skirting boards in the same area. Current area is all covered with carpet and it's pretty certain that no levelling is required

Hi I need somebody to install about 12m2 of laminate floorboards and to tie into existing floorboard in doorway they will need some sort of strip as they are not the same board as I couldn’t match.

I’m looking for someone to assist with installing our skirting boards. The house never had them so no removal is required. The boards would go in our three small bedrooms, tv room, living, dining, kitchen area and hallway. Sealing, painting not required. Looking to get this done next Thursday or Saturday - consider this when making an offer. I will provide the boards and can buy nails, glue, however you will need to bring all tools.
