I require a skilled timber flooring specialist to repair localised oil damage to my wooden floor. The oil has penetrated the timber, causing staining and deterioration (see attached photo).

We are moving into our new place which has a bit of water damage to the floorboards. Some have rotted through. Im in an apartment on the first floor (one floor up) and have nice wooden flooring floating above the shop below. There is a corner of my apartment where the flooring sinks down a little bit. Approx 3mm. Need someone who knows what theyre doing to come and take a look to see if a shim can be inserted under the flooring to raise this section to level.

I need to add a small section of polished concrete floor to match existing. We are removing the fireplace and plinth in the photos attached. There is a section of floor underneath the plinth that is missing. The floor is a concrete screed over joists, on the first floor of a warehouse in Richmond. The section required is approx 3300mm x 1100mm x 40mm and is edged with steel strips. The surface is polished and looks like it has a varnished finish. The old fireplace is being removed on Monday 29 September. The work could be commenced on Mon 29 afternoon or Tue 30.
