The ladder on the ute hit the top section, bending the post. • Gate: Fully functional and undamaged • Post: Bent at the top, misaligned, and partially detached from the brick wall it’s fixed into • Attachment: The post is drilled into brick walls on each side of the gate • Job: Either bend the post back into its correct position or replace it, then securely re-drill/fasten it into the brick walls so the gate lines up and closes perfectly again Looking for someone with the right tools and experience in metalwork, gate repairs, and brick fixing. I am in need of the extension on my residential timber fence fixed. Some of the wood panels have detached and require being drilled/nailed back. It will be a very quick job for someone who has the tools and knows what they’re doing.

Need to cut 1 inch off the bottom of our paling gate so that it does not scrape against the ground. Needs to be done neatly without splinters/cracking. Also minor repair to re-screw in gate latch so that it closes cleanly.

There is a section of fencing I need repaired and replaced at the back of my townhouse. I’m not sure how much this is going to cost so this is more for a quote but I will process with the best offer. Someone does need to come out and have a look at the fence as one of the posts on the neighbouring side needs to be propped up and replanted to hold up the fence as it’s leaning backward. The fence from my garden is accessible from unit 4 / 1176 Centre Rd Clarinda but you will need to contact me to arrange a time to access the back. And the neighbour’s side is accessible from 3 Eulinga Rd to see and repair the post that is holding it up. Please get in touch so we can organise a time for you to see the fence and give me a quote. The top panel fell off and needs fixing. Might also need wood replacement in the same color shade. Please check if the entire wood fencing would needs to be replace. If it can stay as is then just fix, if not please quote for the whole job.
