I am seeking an experienced fencing contractor to inspect a dividing fence between two residential properties at Vermont 3133, (photos will be provided) The fence is approximately 30 metres long and is an existing timber paling fence. Approximately 10 metres of the fence has deteriorated significantly and is now leaning badly into my property. I would like an experienced fencing contractor to inspect the fence and provide an assessment and written quotation. Please inspect the fence and advise: Whether the affected section can reasonably be repaired, or whether replacement is recommended. Whether the entire approximately 30 m fence needs replacement or only the affected section. Whether the existing posts, rails or palings can be retained. Please provide separate estimated prices where practical for: Repairing the affected section; Replacing the affected section; and Replacing the entire fence. Please include in the quotation: Materials; Labour; Removal/disposal of existing materials; Any other applicable costs; GST, if applicable. Important: At this stage I am seeking an inspection and obligation-free quotation only. No repair, demolition, removal or replacement work is authorised as part of this task. Looking for someone to fix this gate and post alignment. The post is sinking and bending the fence too. Might need to cut it from the concrete below and only secure with the fence, so the concrete below doesn’t put load on the fence.

The timber support on the gate needs to be replaced. What the gate closes on to.

Repair approximately 7.5 metres of existing fence. The fence is colorbond held up by metal posts. The metal posts are solid and do not need the be replaced, but the timber battens have rotted out cashing the colorbond to come off. The job is the remove the colorbond and old timber battens, affix new timber battens, and then screw the existing colorbond to the new wooden battens. You would supply the wooden battens, screws, and other materials required as part of the quote.

We have a Side-Access Double Gate (wood) that needs adjusting. Just laid new turf & fence needs to be raised (or wooden pailing trimmed) - Pics attached . need the correct tools. I will be available to assist :)

Scope of work Remove and dispose of 2 existing decayed rails Remove any loose/old nails Supply and install 2 × 90 × 35 mm timber rails, approximately 2.5 m long each Reattach/nail the existing fence palings securely to the new rails Leave the area neat and tidy after completion No fence posts or palings need replacing — they are in good condition. Fix fence , some panels came off

There are two activities 1. Fix the fence. The fence is still in good shape, just opening up a gap with the wall. Needs fixing that. 2. Remove the doll house. No need to remove the garbage which we will dispose off in hard rubbish collection

I have been given a non compliant pool fence notice . There are various repairs including - sections around gate where fence is 5mm too short. Possible packers needed under posts. - some retaining structures are too close, possibly replace fence panel with taller panel or use Perspex shield - gate and latch adjustments
