Rusted fence post causing fence to Swing in the wind. Replace cream fence post and re cement in ground.

I need help repairing a wooden fence that was damaged by strong winds. The fence has not completely fallen over, but the lower part, which is embedded in the concrete base, seems to be compromised. The upper wooden panels are still in good condition. The job requires assessing the damage, replacing or reinforcing the lower part of the fence if necessary, and securing it so it stands upright again. Please provide a quote and estimated time for completion.

A large sleeper installed vertically forming part of the structure to our front fence was damaged during one of the big storms. I have tried to re set it with concrete but it seems I have not gone deep enough or there is another issue. I need the sleeper reset securely in place so the fence remains straight.
