Tree roots have lifted one of the driveway panels. The panel is approx 3 x 5 metre which needs removing and replacing I would also like the old concrete removed.

Fence required to be repaired : 1) fence is leaning over to requires digging into the ground to restabilse 2) reattaching the fence to support posts 3) attaching the slates back to the support

If you’re familiar with Timber, it’s probably a very straightforward easy process for you to drill holes and Bolt replacement pieces in. The S.E.T itself came from the USA, Amercian cedar, so I can’t get the exact same Timber but I’m open to whatever you think is worthy to supply or I will buy the Timber for you and you can provide your skills to cut and repair the rotted out timber sections. We’re located in Beaumaris Vic 3913 and it would probably take the first visit just to run through what timber parts need to be replaced then you could either provide me with a list and I will organise the purchase and delivery of the replacement Timbe - then you come back and replace the parts? You can see the climbing wall needs replacing the timber that the horizontal slats screw into as rotted. Some steps require replacing and some of the large beams Simply swapped out. I’m thinking we could use Merboo? I know it’s not the traditional chippy carpenter job, but we really need this Playground back in good working order and I’d appreciate the help.

My backyard gate came down with the wind.

Fence has fallen due to strong winds on Friday night. Need it to be repaired. The fence is still in good condition, it looks like it need nails to be removed and re installed onto the rest of the fence.

Fence broken. Needs urgent repair. Beams are bolted in.. no digging necessary. Some palings need replacing. If it can be fixed as best/quick/cheap as possible. Doesn’t have to be perfect.

Lattice has come away from brick fence. Need it to be repaired. May also involve trimming of plant out the way. Please make a price offer.

I need someone to fix or replace one of the post at my side gate.

Seeking a certified builder to do some work on my deck: 1. Replace rotten boards underneath (I believe 3-4 will need replacing); 2. Remove this part that is in front of the fence - I think the previous owners had put it there to stop their dog from digging underneath the fence; 3. Build a bottom step. I have some spare timber which I believe is the same material that the other steps are made from; 4. Tidy up and remove rubbish/leftover materials.

Please make the following adjustments to the side path gate: 1. Relocate the Gate: Move the gate approximately 1 meter back towards the pavers. It was originally implemented in the wrong location and it's now broken. It can replace the new temporary gate which you can see in the first photo. 2. Replace the Gate: Swap the current blue gate (seen in the last two images) with the replacement gate shown in the first image. 3. Apply a closing mechanism: The gate doesn't have a mechanism for holding shut. Please add a simple closing solution so the gate actually stays closed.
