This is a new build townhouse on a corner block with a front fence of 90cm in height. The driveway gap is 4.45m and this is where the automatic sliding gate will go. I would like you to arrange the power connection, and the small slab that the gate will run across. The letter box will need to be moved to the right hand side of the driveway.
