Find an experienced exterior painting contractor in VIC

I’ve got an Olympic village concrete slab house. 2 Bedroom free standing. Old paint is chipping. Need it removed. Seems like there might be multiple coats put on throughout the years.First layer comes off pretty easy (water based). Second layer must be older and I suspect oil based. I don't need it all removed, I just need it in a paintable layer. I'll make sure any exterior shrubs/plants etc are removed prior to work start.

Sand old paint of 2 decks outside with a sanding machine 1 deck area is 5 metres x 2.7 Other area is 3mx4 m roughly

Painting the exterior walls in a creamy off-white colour

I am after the exterior of my unit to be painted a charcoal/monument colour. I've attached photos of all the areas that I need painted (there are additional photos I'll need to send through) What I'm wanting painted are: - Alll are the timber areas that are currently brown - All the guttering - All drain pipes - The top edging of the roof - The metal parts which are that orange colour around the windows (this part is quite fiddley).

Pressure wash ceiling of verandah; weatherboards and timber deck

We are looking for someone to help us patch some rendering in our backyard. The area is roughly 3.5 metres long and .5 metres high. A small 20cm x 10cm area at the front of our house also needs patching. Please note - the bolts that are shown in the pictures will be removed prior and we are planning to do the painting ourselves, we're just looking for help with the rendering at the moment. 😊 All offers welcome!
