Job Details: Vertical Decking: Needs to be finished in black. Pergola Underside: Needs to be painted in white and will require two coats. Tools: Please supply your own brushes, rollers, and drop sheets to protect the surrounding areas. Photos of the current state of the decking and pergola are attached for your reference. (Please let me know in your offer if you are supplying the paint or if I will be providing it).

I have a backyard brick wall 3.7 metres in length x 2.3 metres in height = roughly 8.5 metres squared. I have a 4 litre paint can unopened with the paint to use. All you need to do is bring a brush and yourself. It's a small job. picture attached.

Looking for an experienced trade painter to repaint the exterior architectural trims, gables, and fascias of a single-storey weatherboard home in Thornbury (see attached photos). Scope of Work: Front Facade: Paint front gable trims/battens, window awning/hood, timber window frames/sills, and lower plinth baseboards in a heritage muted olive green (per mockup image). Rear Facade: Paint rear roofline fascias, gable cladding/trims, window/sliding door perimeter trims, and lower baseboards. Side Laneway/Path: Paint metal/timber fascias, gutters, downpipes (changing over from burgundy), and lower baseboards along the side pathway. Prep Work: Light sanding, cleaning down surfaces, scraping loose paint, and spot priming where required. Materials & Requirements: Paint (Supplied by Painter): Painter to supply premium exterior acrylic paint (e.g., Dulux Weathershield or Taubmans All Weather) tinted to agreed olive/green trim colour (e.g., / Olive Leaf). Equipment: Painter to supply all brushes, rollers, masking, drop sheets, and ladders/step platforms. Access: Flat, clear ground access at front, rear, and side brick pathway. Please state your experience with exterior timber and metal trim painting and include links/photos of past work when submitting your offer.

I have to finish painting the exterior of my house- about a 4x1 section that's hard for me to access without a long ladder. We have the paint and would need that section. Then paint the whole area from ridge to ground ( allowing for 2 coats.) Second part ground level - where gas bottle etc are - need that area finished as well.
