Renovation project for an older property in Norlane, Geelong (3 bedrooms, 1 lounge, 1 bathroom). The bathroom, laundry, and toilet require ceiling painting only. Full interior and exterior painting is required, including the roof and fencing. The exterior is weatherboard and will need pressure washing and preparation prior to painting. This is the next stage of the renovation, so we are looking for experienced trades who can complete both preparation and painting to a professional standard.

I need someone to paint my garage door (outside). The job includes sanding, filling the surface using car body filler, and painting. One coat of primer and two coats of paint. Includes the door and the wooden frame. I will provide primer and paint. I will NOT provide filler, tools, sandpaper, or ladder.

Wanting to have the outside deck sanded. Will include photos. I brought a belt sander and attempted to give it a go. And the Bunnings people obviously had more faith in me. And the last tradesman has no showed twice. Need someone reliable - Need a handyman. Happy to pay for hire of orbital sander from Bunnings - but I don’t have a Ute. This Sunday only. 15 casements windows to be painted. Exterior only on highset house. Just wanted them sanded & painted. A few may need re-puttying. Im not looking for them to be restored, just want them protected from the elements.

I require an experienced painter to help re coat moderately rotting window frames all on 2nd level of townhouse. 6 individual windows in total located at rear, side and front of house. Parts of pergola are also chipping so would be good to get that touched up as well. Not whole pergola, just affected parts mainly on the top of the timber frame. Please note I have Monument paint alressy but don’t have equipment. Tasker must be insured and also access to a ladder large enough for access. Any questions please let me know

Exterior Wall needs patching & painting. 3m x 4.8m wall - Wall prep; a number of small plug holes & minor cracking require patching beforehand. - We will supply the filler & the paint. - You would require sandpaper, brushes/rollers & dropsheets. - flexible with dates & timing but the sooner we can get this completed the better.

Just need someone to finish off this sanding that was half done. It’s nearly there just need the final finish to be done. Only 1 big join and a couple on the back. Can supply electric handheld sander. Honestly an hours work probably not even.
