Wooden planks on the exterior waal needs painting

Needing to clean and maybe paint if stain doesn't clean off the underside of two balconies were rust stains have formed from bamboo screen. Bottom one accessable by ground and primary one second floor accessable by balcony.

Need a second coat applied to the back wall. I will supply the paint.

A I bedroom I, I bedroom, I small kitchen and I small bathroom cottage needs a fresh coat of paint inside.There is also an outside deck which also needs painting.

Old outdoor windows frames need to be repaired and repainted. 10 panels of varying size in total across 5 windows (as seen in pictures). The gutters at the front and back of the unit also needs to be repainted. If possible, the plastic roof over the entrance alcove needs to be pressure washed as well. Paint front of terrace house in Bondi Junction. It’s just been pressure washed. Roof, parapet and top of awning has been painted. Prep- Needs a little bit of scraping and filling in. (Photos) Old veranda awning has some rust holes and they need to be patched somehow and painted on the underside. (Photos) Crack to be patched on front facing boundary wall.
