Need a licensed electrician for commercial job

1 x existing philips sensor to be replaced with a downlight. 1 x outdoor sensor flood light to be replaced with another sensor flood light. I will provide the 90mm cutout Downlight and sensor floodlight. Simple job and just need replacement. No other modifications required. Must be licences electrician.

Need to Install a power point on a brick wall and wall mount a 65" TV. The wall currently doesn't have any power point. Nearest power point is at the back side of the wall (which is a wardrobe) as seen in one of the the attached images. Once then, need to install a 65" TV on the wall with cables concealed. Brackets necessary for the TV wall mounting is available. The job needs a certified electrician who also has experience in wall mounting large TVs. A licensed electrician is needed. Need to replace 30 existing tube light panels with new LED light panels at the shop ceiling. Existing tube light panels: 1200 x 300 mm New LED light panels: 1200 x 300 mm The existing panel and new panel dimensions are the same so I believe no cuts are needed. You can use the existing wiring. The ceiling is made of gyprock panels. Ceiling height for 20 panels: 3.5 meters Ceiling height for 10 panels: 4 meters Need to bring your own platform ladder (2.3 meters of platform height ladder is sufficient). I have already purchased the LED light panels and ready for installation. I am planning to leave the old light panels above the ceiling (in the space between the ceiling and the roof).
