Need to rewire a table lamp. I have some of the parts needed for this (e.g. light bulb socket, plug, cord) Photos of the lamp are included with the old wiring. I bought the new rewiring kit on ebay as I thought I would be able to do it myself, but it's a bit over my head. Not positive whether what I bought is everything that is needed to rewire. For example, not sure if I need a ground wire as the lamps base is metal.

Replace 2 down lights that have come loose. I have only provided photo of one light, the other one is the same as the one shown in the photo.

I believe I have 3 phase supply to my house (pls see pic to verify), which has been split between the main house and granny. Need the board to be brought up to date and wiring done to allow 3 phase to main house and single phase on a separate meter to the granny.

I want to replace an outdoor sensor (sensor-only) above our front door for a sensor+light. I already have the new sensor+light so it's hopefully an easy swap. Attached are diagrams that explain.
