My nest thermostat has died, have no way of turning on my hydronic boiler, need electrician with HVAC understanding to come have a look

I have had a new roof exhaust fan replaced in the bathroom. There seems to be an issue with that particular wire and isn’t working. The fan is new and has been tested at a different point & is fine. The electrical wire at that point only will need to be replaced. It’s located in the bathroom right next to the man hole so very easy access.

Two LED downlights are flickering (one in the kitchen and one in the living area). I need someone to isolate lighting circuit. Remove existing light fitting. Test the light circuit for suitability. Install replacement Downlights. Pls see the attached photo. Pls quote for both material and labour.

I have a Tiffany-style table lamp that I accidentally damaged while trying to change the bulb. The socket came loose, and now the two internal wires are exposed. The base and shade are intact—just needs the socket reconnected or replaced and rewired properly. Located in Preston VIC. If we can arrange a time for you to take a look.
