I have had a new roof exhaust fan replaced in the bathroom. There seems to be an issue with that particular wire and isn’t working. The fan is new and has been tested at a different point & is fine. The electrical wire at that point only will need to be replaced. It’s located in the bathroom right next to the man hole so very easy access.
