We've just moved into our new place and when I went to use the mounted air-conditioning control panel some of the wires snapped (very effortlessly). I've attached a photo, but I think they just need to be stripped slightly and reinserted.

I need 10 downlight fittings changed to AC connector types and 10 downlights installed. Also I have 3 Ceiling Lights that need to be replaced with new ceiling lights.

Bedrooms x 4 need an additional power point, only have one in each room and all are poorly positioned.

I have had a new roof exhaust fan replaced in the bathroom. There seems to be an issue with that particular wire and isn’t working. The fan is new and has been tested at a different point & is fine. The electrical wire at that point only will need to be replaced. It’s located in the bathroom right next to the man hole so very easy access.
