Replace down light from hardwired to plug in

Need a new PowerPoint installed in a kitchen cupboard. Then need this powerpoint behind the fridge to be moved up above the fridge as well as the plug that has a cable attached to it

In ensuite batchroom there is a blown downlight thst needs replacing. It may be old style with transformer so may need to be converted to newer style. Licensed/certified electrician only please.

Circa 14 down lights need replacement because they were painted over. Circa 3 needs new globes.

Install two Electrical GPOs with USB C charging in plasterboard, existing circuit available on opposite side. Low wattage use for phone charging, LED spotlight, vacuuming. Total wiring length between two new GPOs is 3 metres, plus allow an extra two metres to access circuit.

Bedrooms x 2 need an additional power point, only have one in each room and all are poorly positioned. Would also like to hide wires from TV in loungeroom with new point if possible.
