Leakage of water due to water solar panel. May be antifreeze is not working

replace existing lights in two bedrooms with ceiling fan/light combos. Plus in another room, replace two old 60mm downlights with two new 90mm downlights. pictures show an old downlight and example of new ones. We chose these fans because they are the remote control model and am told less complicated to install, as you can use the old light switch etc.

Looking for an electrician to install 14-16 down lights in the lounge and kitchen/dining area and a dining light over the kitchen bench. There are 5 existing ceiling lamp points that will potentially need to be removed (but not necessary). Please see the pictures for more info. The floor plan has been marked with approximate down light points but happy to take your expert advice. Job to be done on 12 or 13 the September.
