Ceiling Fans are DC motor with Light and Remote (supplied) 3 of the fans have to be installed in the location of existing lights, so the 3 ceiling lights need to be disconnected/removed and the fans installed in their place The 4th fan has to be installed with hole/ wiring etc. 2) Smoke alarms x 2 to be replaced, mains wired.
