The property is a double-storey house with 2.5 bathrooms and a kitchen. One of the bathrooms has an issue with the shower — it only produces hot water and the temperature cannot be adjusted. The other bathrooms and the kitchen have normal hot water. We need to have the shower with the temperature issue repaired.

I need an existing NBN box and 2 x existing power points relocated to the top of the wall they are currently located so cupboards can be installed. I’ll be purchasing new power points as I want 4 of them next to the box when moved. I’m not sure if there is enough NBN cable underground to relocate it or what is needed. It just needs to be moved to the very top of a wall approximately 3 meters. And 4 power points wired up and installed. Please only respond if you are qualified to work with cabling and electrical. Hi there, I am after an electrician to assess and repair a fault with an Circuit Breaker/ RCD which has tripped and continues to trip when put back into an ON mode. For clarity I am not after someone to quote me a call out fee to check it out, but for someone to narrow down, fix the fault and restore power supply.

Install 2 separate double power points in Study room. One double power point is already installed but insufficient for amount devices in that room. Main power has been tripped few time due to the load.

Fully install 2.6kw Reverse Cycle Split system

1. Move NBN box from Bedroom 4 to the Garage. 2. Install 1 x new 4 power points in the garage near the NBN and server box’s. 3. Entertainment-room - replace existing 1 x two power point plate with new 1 x four power point and USB-A & USB-C switch. 4. Front-Hallway - install brand new 1 x two power point switch underneath the hallway table. 5. Master-bedroom - A) install brand new 1 x two power point switch on the internal wall (high up, behind the tv). B) relocate the current tv antenna in the room to the same location as the new power points. C) Install the tv wall mount in the same location. 6. Kitchen - A) replace the current 5 prong power point switch with the new style (including the new icons). B) install brand new on/off switch for pergola outdoor fan with relevant icon (also requiring an install in the pergola - see step 12). 7. Living-room - A) install new 1 x two power point switch inside the wall (further up where the tv will be situated). B) Move current tv antenna to the same location. C) replace all old plates with new plates. 8. Replace all six existing Ethernet cable lines/points with Cat7 cabling. Option 1: run all the lines into the garage where the server is located. Or Option 2: keep the centralised location in Bedroom 4. Depending on cost. 9. Run dedicated Cat7 cable from Garage (server) to Bedroom 4. Having both ends as female plug-in points. 10. Install 4 x new cameras as per provided house plan. Utilising cat7 from the server to the camera locations. 11. Run 6 x cat7 cables to all the future camera locations - all terminated ready for plug-in. 12. Install new outdoor wifi extender by running a dedicated cat7 cable from the server to the location of the device in the backyard. 13. Install new cat7 cable to the ceiling wifi device between the laundry and bathroom (hallway). 14. Install the pergola fan that is supplied. All switches to be Clipsal Iconic Vivid White.
