Currently, water is leaking from overflow on the float as the pump is showing signs of restrictions and over heating. SCOPE OF WORKS; Isolate AC. Drain and remove failed pump. Supply and install new alternative condensate pump. Refit fascia. Reinstate power supply. Test and commission. Clean and dispose of rubbish from site. Please quote labour only. I will pay for the materials at cost and you need to pick up only

Our old office has hardwired flush mounted ceiling lights which we’d like to replace. We will supply the new lights after being advised which are the best to buy. Please note these old lights are HARD WIRED. You will need to supply and install plug bases. They are 90mm lights and we will replace with 90mm lights. Ceilings are 3m. 3 lights in lobby, 3 on landing and 20ish in office. The office can be accessed on Fridays, weekends and late night if needed.

When someone removed the original light fitting to replace a lightbulb, they discovered that the small part which secured the covering to the bathroom roof was rusted. This made re-fitting the heavy glass (approx. 750 g) covering impossible. I need someone to find a solution to re-fit it. I will include images of the part, etc.
