Service 2 fire alarms in residential house

1. Replaced two existing extra extractor fans. One in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. They do not currently have proper outlets and these will need to be added. I can source the extractor fans. Please advise if a preferred outlet all other materials supplied and installed. 2. Move/add PowerPoint in three bedrooms where they are currently not in accessible locations. Supply and install. 3. Change light switch that currently runs three downlights to allow one downlights to run on a separate line going to a separate switch on the other side of the wall. Supply and install. 4. Change 2x light switches (currently on architrave to the wall) 5. Change two switches to be on same switch for toilet fan and light.

I have a broken light fitting in my spa that I need help replacing or removing. I tried removing the light, but I broke the entire fitting. I am unsure if I can find a replacment, or if I need someone to remove the electrical components for the light altogether.

Smoke alarm went off late last night and it’s too high for me to change the battery, job needs to bring battery and change it, assuming that’s what the issue was. I think I’ll need an electrician

Replace 2x smoke alarms (240v) which have expired (10 years old). Both are accessible using a standard A-frame ladder. Additionally, at a different property in Research (next suburb over from Eltham), there is 1 smoke alarm which requires re-attaching to the ceiling (as the inspector CheckHero has left it dangling by the wire).

Hi, I am setting up a photo studio in my basement that has a low ceiling and the light bulbs on the support structure are reducing the precious headroom I need for uninterrupted line of sight. Our Mitsubishi reverse cycle aircon is leaking inside the house. Dripping when in use. It's been recently serviced so do not think it's refrigerant or pump, possibly just a blocked hose. Need a fix today cos it's so hot! TIA!

1. Kill light switch and tv cable in main. 2. Move power point behind bed to two points next to the bed. 3. Move powerpoint to adjacent wall. 4. Kill light switch and tv cable in other wall of main. 5. Move light switch and change single light to 4 down lights. 6. Move light switch 1.5m further along the wall.
