One old property (1960’s) has a dwelling upstairs and a small family business downstairs, each has its own electricity meter etc and there is a separation to an extent however looking at electricity bills and hours of use it’s obvious that something with heavy electricity usage in the dwelling is still connected to the business, I need someone to look into that and switch that appliance(s) to the right user

Need level 2 electrician to rectify sagged power cable from the street power pole to the house roof attachment bracket. May need a timber/plastic mount piece to attach. Single storey house.

I have 4 × 3 bulb spot lights I would like to change to 2 bulb ceiling light as shown on the pictures

Woke up this morning to no hot water and all the power outlets in the living not working. All lights are working and power works in the bedrooms. The issue could be a blown fuse that needs replacing but I’m not sure. Hi there, I am looking for a licensed and insured Electrician to assist with the following jobs 1. Re-install and set up my home Alarm system. It was recently removed as I installed a new built in wardrobe. Also need help setting up the app on my phone so I can see the cameras 2. Remove old fans and install two new fans. I have purchased the fans and they are at my home 3. Remove old smoke alarm and install new smoke alarm. I have purchased the alarm and its here.
