The light and fan in my son room and the downstairs tv room don’t work

Our kitchen lights are flickering. They are LED on dimmers. The installation was done exactly one year ago.

We have a wall hung TV but the cord is dangling down below it. Need a GPO put behind TV or in wall.

I need a licensed electrician to extend an already pre-extended power socket upwards by approximately 1 metre, as shown in the photo. The power point is currently at floor level, and I need the previous outlet installed higher on the wall (about 80cm - 1m above the existing box). The cabling is already partially pre-extended through a cable guide, just need it brought up neatly and safely to the new position.

The unit is not responding to the remote, but if we turn it on manually it works. The outdoor unit is running fine and the fuses are okay. We have already tried changing the remote batteries and even bought a new remote to rule that out. It seems like the receiver on the indoor unit is not working. Looking for someone to assess, advise and fix the issue. Thank you!

Adding in a socket to this wall

Have a hanging pendant light that needs to be reattached to exisiting wiring in the ceiling by a certified electrician. Wiring all exists, just needs to be connected / hung. Separate to this, need help to replace E27 screw bulb in ceiling mounted light. See photos of both

The breaker in our kitchen keeps tripping. It may potentially need to be replaced. Diagnosis and solve required We’ve tried the usual unplugging all appliances. The only change in load has been a heater but we’ve used it for 2 years now. Ideal visit 10.30am-3pm

Remove existing hanging light and install new hanging light

Install this hanging light into the ceiling and also repair a small fluorescent light in our kitchen (just needs rehanging)

Remove and disconnect old smoke alarm plate and reconnect to mains and Install a PSA LifeSaver Model 6800 (supplied by me). Ceiling height from floor is 2.8m, straight forward access

I need an electrician to install 3 new GPOs. All the walls are exposed and accessible. They can jump off an existing circuit that is also accessible.

I am moving out of my apartment and need 4 light fixtures being switched out to the ones that were originally in the apartment when I moved in. I'd love to get someone in to help asap. WAN light on modem is blank despite NBN box lights all stable. WAN cable tested and is working. Have reset everything several times and the neighbours all have internet.
