Hello, We have a commercial property in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast QLD. We need a builder who can replace the Awnings, gutters and down pipes.I am attaching some pics of what needs to be fixed/replaced. One corner of the roof appears to have dropped a bit on our low set 30 year old brick house. Hence water was sitting in the gutters breeding mosquitos. To address this we added two holes to the gutter. Job is to connect holes to the existing down pipe which is 2.55 M away. Plus fix 3 separate minor leaks in metal guttering. (Additional job could be replacing a whirly bird that doesn't whirl anymore.)

Downpipe attachment has come away so water goes everywhere, see pic. Pool fencing, black aluminium standard, removed for landscaping but when I went to screw the screws back in only 2 worked the others seem to just fall out so about 8 screws in total. - Due date: Flexible
