Need two of the down lights changed. One in wardrobe and other in living room.

I have An old downlight, which is a transformer type. I would like it to be changed to an outlet type. The new one I have is a plug in type to -n electrical outlet. I have 2 other lights that I want to be installed in a location 3- 10 meters from another donwlifht with a similar hue downlight installed. Refer to the outdoor pic. I will supply the hue light. A licensed electrician must provide all the wirings required.

This ceiling wiring needs to be brought up to date as it currently outputs a female “SM 2 Pin Plug”. The replacement Downlight pictured connects to a power outlet, so assuming the wiring needs to be updated to a power outlet.

Just need a fan replaced with a down light as we have new bunk beds and the fan is a safety hazard due to height .
