The Issue: Three recessed LED downlights on our main sales floor have failed (flickered and went out completely). This is affecting the lighting on our sales floor, making some display areas dim. The Job: The task is to replace the three faulty LED downlights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings in the high ceiling (a suitable ladder is required - Approximate ceiling height: 3 meters). 2. Removing the three faulty downlight units. 3. This ceiling wiring needs to be brought up to date as it currently outputs a female “SM 2 Pin Plug”. The replacement Downlight pictured connects to a power outlet, so assuming the wiring needs to be updated to a power outlet.
