Needing 3 ceiling fans replace and 9 down lights installed. We have the lights and fans

Replace 3 lights. Will need to buy 3 down lights. The 3 fancy light are the ones I want to get rid of for something similar in the other photos.

Need an electrician to assist with replacing two downlights that are not the standard plug and cord variety but instead seem to be hardwired. Price is a placeholder please contact with quote.

Just need a fan replaced with a down light as we have new bunk beds and the fan is a safety hazard due to height .
