Hello, We are looking for a licensed QLD Electrician to attend our retail store, in Sunshine Plaza (Maroochydore), to replace a faulty ceiling downlight. The Issue: One of the recessed ceiling downlights on our main sales floor is flickering and needs to be replaced. The Job: The task is to supply and install a matching replacement downlight. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fitting in the high ceiling (a suitable ladder is required - Ceiling height 3.5 meters). 2. Removing the faulty downlight and driver. 3. Supplying and installing a new, matching replacement LED downlight. 4. Testing the new light to confirm it is fully operational and operates without flickering. Light Specification: Model/Type: ECO A90 recessed downlight Specs: 12W, 3K (3000K Warm White), 1000lm Please note: The successful contractor MUST supply the new replacement downlight and driver as specified above. The cost for this hardware must be included in your final offer. Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured QLD Electrician. - You must have your own tools, including an A-frame ladder appropriate for a high commercial ceiling. - Experience with commercial lighting installations. Electrician required: Existing light has been removed. Need electrician to install plug base outlet for down light and connecting the exhaust fan as well.

Just need a fan replaced with a down light as we have new bunk beds and the fan is a safety hazard due to height .
