We’re looking to get our kitchen/dining room painted in our house. We will supply the paint (white) but all other materials (brushes, drop sheets etc) to be brought along and you’ll take any rubbish with you. We’re flexible with the date - in a few weeks would suit us best as there is other work being undertaken in our house so we will move out which would give you easier access to the house. See photos of room for reference, but you’re also welcome to come take a look in person to quote. We’re located in Sydenham and there is rear lane access to our house and plenty of untimed parking. Dimensions of room = 4.4x2.8.

Prepare and paint 2 x lounge rooms, dining room, kitchen and hallway including ceilings, windows and architraves. Spaces highlighted in yellow on floor plan. Wall highlighted in green will be VJ panelling that can either be painted prior to installation or after. Skirts will be removed and will require painting. All flooring will be removed, and painting will need to occur before new floors installed.

I have a 3m long solid oak dining table and looking for a handyman who has had experience in sanding and staining furniture, to help me finish it as I am moving house. The table is currently in my double garage and the work can be done there, so no need to move it. I have already stripped / sanded the table top, just need you to sand the legs and apply a stain in a walnut colour. This needs to happen this Saturday, I expect there is approximately 4 hours work here and I will purchase the stain.

House readying for sale. Single coat on walls only in 4 bedrooms, hallway, toilet,ensuite, bathroom and garage.

Ceiling has new gyprock. Just needs to be painted before Monday as new floor is going in. Needs undercoat first. We will supply the paint.
