Need a belt sander to sand back 13m2 decking ready for oil

Replace deck boards may require some repair of existing joist. Please see photos attached there are 5 boards I can see that require replacing .

We are getting the house ready for sale and want to get the deck, spa and timber posts painted. The deck is 5.5m x 4.7m Maybe you can use some filler for the holes in the deck? Would appreciate your guidance on how to get it presenting well without having to invest in new timber etc. Your reviews look like you know your way around timber and decks especially

Clean and stain merbau decking areas and small steps including tools and product. Maybe light sand in some parts in sun.No repairs required. The job is presentation for house sale. 7.4x6 m for main area (minus a section where flower bedis) 3.5x5.2 m spa area (minus 2x2m where spa is) Previously aquadeck with brown stain was used on our deck.

Remove (easy to unscrew) louvers from motorised roof. Remove metal surround if preferred Supply and Build timber rafters as support structure Supply and install Polyglaze polycarbonate roof. Work out drainage and make it watertight. Supply and install any required flashings etc. (We can paint the rafters) Area is approx 3.5 metres x 2.5 metres

One of my wooden windows is rotted and needs to be repaired. I have attached photos of the window below for your reference. I have already cleaned out the rotted wood and exposed the solid wood underneath. The next step is to repair and restore the window frame.

Oil Supply: Your offer should be all-inclusive. Please include the cost of supplying a premium, professional-grade decking oil (e.g., Cutek, Intergrain, or similar) and specify which product you recommend for the best long-term result on new Tallowwood.

Back deck needs sanding and stained with Merbau deck stain (I have the stain). Requires before end August. Deck: 5.75m x 3m

Demolition of cabana - take down structure & then remove all items. Whole cabana is timber so fairly light weight. Whole structure to go - windows frame, roof & decking and pillars under neath which are timber. Cabana is 3 by 3 metres with decking around it - all to be removed

Clean and sand back existing deck stain. Restrain similar colour to what it was. We will pay for stain, may require a couple of days not sure

I'm looking for an experienced professional to restore and treat two timber decks at my home. The job includes antifungal treatment, power washing, and applying two coats of timber oil. The decks haven’t been treated in a while and need a full refresh. Details: There are two areas: Rear deck – approx. 46 sqm Front deck – approx. 21 sqm Both are Tallowwood timber, screwed boards, currently weathered. Scope of work: 1. Apply an environmentally friendly tannin/oil/stain remover 2. High-pressure wash of all decking 3. Apply a second environmentally friendly cleaner to remove deep contaminants 4. Second pressure wash 5. Apply two coats of high-performance timber oil (I’m open to suggestions, but the quote I received specified Cutek CD50 Extreme) 6.
