We’re looking for an experienced and licensed professional to help us measure, supply good budget friendly composite decking and install them with all the things required to go with it for ground clearance, frame, etc. The area is currently a pool which is getting demolished and will be filled for decking to go on top! Current decking we’ve looked at include brite decking and Ekodeck at bunnings which are more in our budget. Area is approximately 52-54m2. We will apply for a CDC with council to make sure everything complies with them as well! BONUS: we are also wanting a motorised Louvre pergola, if you can do that, please let us know as well! I'm looking for an experienced professional to restore and treat two timber decks at my home. The job includes antifungal treatment, power washing, and applying two coats of timber oil. The decks haven’t been treated in a while and need a full refresh. Details: There are two areas: Rear deck – approx. 46 sqm Front deck – approx. 21 sqm Both are Tallowwood timber, screwed boards, currently weathered. Scope of work: 1. Apply an environmentally friendly tannin/oil/stain remover 2. High-pressure wash of all decking 3. Apply a second environmentally friendly cleaner to remove deep contaminants 4. Second pressure wash 5. Apply two coats of high-performance timber oil (I’m open to suggestions, but the quote I received specified Cutek CD50 Extreme) 6. Treat decking with an antifungal solution as part of the prep process Additional Notes: I will provide access to water and power Please include product costs in your quote. Require a deck to place a new spa pool on top so that its not on the concrete floor. Pool is 1750 x 1750 so deck needs to be bigger. Do not won't timber boards something zero maintenance if possible. And I don't require an expensive product. Dulux/colourbond Monument colour would be my preference to match the fence

Deck stairs and porch needs a proper scrub clean, and reoiling. We have all the equipment including cleaner, scrub broom, pressure washer and deck oil - Due date: Flexible

Handrail made of stainless steel attached to the side of our timber deck has come loose, creating an immediate safety hazard. The deck is suspected to have wood rot and is likely made of pine. The handrail is secured at two points by vertical rods, each attached with two rusty bolts that are stuck and need replacement. We urgently need someone to evaluate and either safely secure the existing stainless steel handrail or potentially rebuild its attachment to the deck. The area is outdoors and easily accessible. Replace approx 2 x 1m of timber decking as the timber has now bowed put of shape. Repair/trim/replace around 4 other sections as ends have become worn. - Due date: Flexible

We have an old above ground pool (I’ve emptied it) which we need broken down and removed. There is also a small timer deck surrounding around 20% of the pool (very old so will come apart easy) as well as a small garden shed, and the pool fence. We would like all of this torn down and removed. It’s all for the tip so no concerns regarding damaging it when tearing it down.
