We’re looking for an experienced and licensed professional to help us measure, supply good budget friendly composite decking and install them with all the things required to go with it for ground clearance, frame, etc. The area is currently a pool which is getting demolished and will be filled for decking to go on top! Current decking we’ve looked at include brite decking and Ekodeck at bunnings which are more in our budget. Area is approximately 52-54m2. Hi there! I have an existing timber decking to a balcony that is located about 100mm above an existing concrete slab. Leaves are gathering in the gap below the timber decking and I would like an number of access hatches or similar places in the decking to clean out the leaves. Timber decking is existing and is to be reused. Hinges and handles are to be provided by you. You will see in the photos I have partially removed the decking. Access is via a long driveway that a large van can access. Then there is steps up about 3 floors. The job can be done in January. There are 2 seperate decking areas that are a similar size. Small timber deck needs repairing. The timber slats at the top are in good condition and can be re-used, but the timber footings/supports appear rotted and require replacement. I'm looking for an experienced professional to restore and treat two timber decks at my home. The job includes antifungal treatment, power washing, and applying two coats of timber oil. The decks haven’t been treated in a while and need a full refresh. Details: There are two areas: Rear deck – approx. 46 sqm Front deck – approx. 21 sqm Both are Tallowwood timber, screwed boards, currently weathered. Scope of work: 1. Apply an environmentally friendly tannin/oil/stain remover 2. High-pressure wash of all decking 3. Apply a second environmentally friendly cleaner to remove deep contaminants 4. Second pressure wash 5. Apply two coats of high-performance timber oil (I’m open to suggestions, but the quote I received specified Cutek CD50 Extreme) 6. Require a deck to place a new spa pool on top so that its not on the concrete floor. Pool is 1750 x 1750 so deck needs to be bigger. Do not won't timber boards something zero maintenance if possible. And I don't require an expensive product. Dulux/colourbond Monument colour would be my preference to match the fence
