Hi, I’ve recently switched from Microsoft 365 Personal to Microsoft 365 Business Standard and need help finalising the setup. 1.5 - 2 hrs of work in person @home office, Hamilton Hill, WA Issue 1 (main problem): I have two licences (one for me, one for my husband). My apps are working correctly on my MacBook, but on my husband’s MacBook the Microsoft apps (Word, Excel, etc.) won’t activate. Apps install successfully Sign-in/activation is not working properly Reinstalling hasn’t fixed it Issue 2: I’d like my OneDrive checked to make sure it’s set up and syncing correctly under the Business account. Hi i got the fibre premises nbn installed and have a smart modem from Telstra. No matte what i try including chat gpt directions it says connected on tv but then says no internet. I think its the tv not the modem or connection as ipad connects. Its probably simple but i have been trying for 2 days now. Please help

I have already created the template and have it saved as an HTML file but whenever I tried to upload it onto my email it is just an attachment rather than the body of the email. My Surface Laptop 3 is running really slow and the built-in reset says it “can’t find the recovery environment.” I need someone experienced with Windows/Surface devices to: Create a recovery USB (or similar method) Fully wipe the laptop Reinstall Windows clean Update drivers and firmware Make sure it’s running smoothly after the reinstall No files need to be backed up.
