I have an Epson EcoTank ET-4800 that is having a paper feeding issue. It is not picking up plain paper or photo paper or thicker paper properly from the rear feeder. I have to gently push the paper from the back for it to feed, and when I do this, the printing starts in the wrong position and the top part of the design gets cut off. I use the printer regularly for photo and craft printing, so I’m looking for someone experienced with Epson printers who can diagnose and repair the paper feed/roller mechanism. Please let me know if you have experience fixing this issue.
