I have a Hi-Connect camera and NVR (CCTV system). Two of the cameras have stopped working, and the dashboard talks about resetting parameters. Unfortunately, the installer is no longer trading, so I need help in sorting out the system issue. NVR: HIL-104MHK4PB-4T Cameras: HIL-IPC-T263HMU4 Please, only those familiar with the equipment and operating system, so that it's an efficient fix. All the equipment is new, it's just that I can't work out the software or understand how to check the camera connections.
