Locked out of Microsoft and emails. Questions re Microsoft Change of administor

My printer set up appears wrong. My email needs to work on my i-phone. Glitches on my i-phome need addressing. I need to recover a video from TEAMS. I need to connect a WI FI booster (but don't have a disk player as supplied with the product purchased) The same person needs to be able to address all of these.

PC starts intermittently, and when does start either turns itself off after a few minutes, or stays on but with enlarged icons and cursor, and green/purple glitches through screen. Have attempted to replug in the GE Force GPU, but no luck. May be GPU Failure or Power Supply Issue.

Having trouble with our home WiFi setup

We have iinet fttn with supplied tp link archer modem, deco mesh access point wired to modem and three more deco nodes. Signal strength is good, speed test indicates 80mb download but internet and streaming lags with frequent delays and time out on iphone and android. Deco diagnostic app says all good. Geeks 2u came out and said setup was ok, siggested turning off 5ghz channel. Slight difference but still laggy

I can't seem to access my modem to set up a new network. I have tried on phone and laptop. I have attempted everything, ipconfig and ping. I just can't crack it. Need a IT whizz. Please.
