ceiling fan makes noise when on higher speeds, lower speeds isn't an issue

I have just moved into an apartment in Prahran and the 3 ceiling fans in the bathrooms and Laundry are not working.

Ceiling fan and wall controllers not working, need to check and fix wiring etc.

Fan moves very slowly and is only a few years old. All other ceiling fans in the house (same make/brand) work fine. Needs fixing.

I have 2 Arlec ceiling fans in my house that do not work, they worked fine in the past but slowly started to become more unresponsive. There seems to be no issue with the remote so I believe the issue is with the fan itself

One of the wooden blades on my ceiling fan is cracked and partially broken but still hanging on. I need someone to safely remove the broken blade and either repair it (if safe) or advise on a suitable replacement. The fan is roof-mounted in a bedroom. We need our bedroom ceiling fan repaired. It operates via remote (photo attached) and has the main room light inbuilt. The problem - when we turn the main light on from the wall switch the fan automatically turns on. This is a problem now that it's winter as we want to be able to use the room light without the fan. We need it fixed before we get more into winter. Photo of the ceiling fan is also attached. The solution- ideally we'd like the fan with remote control working as intended again. Only certified electricians will be considered. I work from home on Thursdays and Fridays soI these are the preferred days for the work.

I changed ceiling fan in bedroom as the old was making a loud noise few montsh after installation and was told at that time that it is a fan motor issue and will need replacement- bought new one, like for like. exactly same. I replaced it however it does not start on connection. Looks like I might be connecting it incorrectly. Need electrician to have a look and fix it.

We are unable to turn off 1 ceiling fan, and also unable to turn on another. Need a replacement receiver for 1 installed. The remote has stopped working and I have inspected the unit + tried altering the dip switch but nothing is working.
