Note: *The fan is supplied and is ready to be installed, *The fan to install is Arlec 130cm Black 4 Blade Boston II DC Ceiling Fan With CCT Light And Remote, *The wire of the current light is installed via a timber, *Work to be done between Monday 9/6 to Thursday 12/6, *The light switch will power the fan and the remote will control the fan when powered. I need a ceiling fan removed and the old light fitting replaced

I require assistance with a ceiling fan/light unit in our bedroom that has stopped working. The fan and light are a single integrated unit and both stopped working at the same time. The wall switch still provides power (I believe) and other items on the same circuit are functioning normally. We suspect the issue is with the remote control system. The remote became increasingly unreliable (needing hard presses and close range) before failing altogether. We’ve replaced the batteries, but there is no response from the remote. There’s no visible reset or pairing button on the remote or fan. We don't have the make or model of the unit. Could you please let us know: • If you’re able to diagnose and repair this type of issue • Whether you can supply and install a universal remote/receiver replacement kit (if required) • An estimate of your call-out fee and any typical costs for this kind of work Thanks in advance. I need a ceiling fan fixed that is making a clicking sound on higher settings. It’s quite high up so will need a tall ladder. I also have a flickering bathroom light that needs fixing.

There are two power switches in the kitchen that need tending too. One of the switches is a bit wobbly but still functional. The other switch keeps flicking up when pushed down - this has happened before and we usually need to get a sparky in to fix it (even after switching off all appliances and turning them back on).
