wire is damaged fits into the light bulb, so basically needs to rewire.

Electrician - 1. Remove outdoor ceiling fan and replace with B22 batton holder. 2. Remove old old B22 batton holder and replace with modern B22 batton holder.

I’m looking for a qualified and experienced electrician (or handy person with the right experience and license) to help with the following: • Replace 2 x ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms (simple swap, existing fans are there already). • Install 1 x new ceiling fan in the downstairs lounge room (there is currently no fan installed). • Replace ensuite bathroom ceiling exhaust fan. The fan and light are working fine, but as you can see in the attached photo, the wiring at the ceiling is exposed and the mounting cover is loose. Ceiling fan installation. Fan has a remote control and light. Switch to operate light fitting where it will be installed is a pullcord switch. Remote control will control fan setting and light I expect. Let me know if it makes sense?
