I live in Champion Lakes, Perth, and need a new single internal hinged wooden door installed with a full frame. The door will be fitted between two walls, with an opening width of 1 metre and height of 2.7 metres (floor to ceiling). I would like the door to be painted white to match the existing house colour. The area above the door (from the top of the frame to the ceiling) should be enclosed with a fixed/closed window panel. Could you please provide me with a total cost estimate, including both materials and installation?

I’m looking for a skilled carpenter to trim the bottom of my acoustic wall panels so a new carpet can be installed beneath them. Removal or install of the carpet is NOT part of the job scope. Just trimming the bottom of the panels. Scope of Work: • Trim approximately 10mm from the bottom edge of wall-mounted acoustic panels (panels will remain fixed during cutting) • Cuts must be clean and even to allow the carpet layer to tuck underneath • Care must be taken to avoid damaging the panel finish or surrounding walls Additional Details: •Wall length: 3.2m • A bed will need to be moved to allow access — I’m happy to assist with this (it is heavy) • Please ensure the area is left clean and tidy after the work is done.

Hi, my vehicle suffered and engine issue resulting in it leaking engine oil on the apartment's ground and basement parking. The are a few pools of engine oil leak on each floor (from where the vehicle was parked) and one dotted trail connecting both (from when vehicle moved from basement to ground floor).

Kitchen cabinet to fit a dishwasher

I have 4 Ikea wardrobe timber rails. Currently they measure 400 mm end to end. I need them trimmed down to 300 mm. https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/nereby-rail-birch-70476344/ This sounds simple enough, cut a bit off, however they are machined so that the ends are about 4 mm smaller diameter so to trim them I would like some cut off one end and the other end trimmed and then machined down to slip fit into the hangers. I can drop these to you and pick them up. I dont think this is a large job. Someone with a wood working workshop or home lathe set up can likely do this in an hour.
