We have had a building report and noted significant variation in floor levels due to age/ maintenance. We'd like a licenced carpenter to inspect the subfloor to advise on work needed so we can start to replace old floor boards.

My earring has slipped down the back of a bedroom cabinet and I need ideally a carpenter to retrieve. The gap between the cabinet and wall is very small.

We need to take wardrobes down in house ground floor in Bondi Beach and bring to Randwick, so you need a truck of some sort to bring this over. Probably need 2 guys to bring this over. Re-install in bedroom upstairs against the walls. The bedroom is empty so lots of space and bare walls . Easy o move around. 3 of the cupboard go against 1 wall( see the 3rd picture) The half shelves and desk against another one.All cupboard can be easily in assembled and have screws to connect to each other. Size size of empty wall: 2.90 MTR high x x 2670mm wide. Enough space to place the 3 cabinets I have a photo of the window where I want the desk but want to discuss this with you.

We recently had our dishwasher repairs but not the kickboard doesn’t sit properly and the cabinetry is out of alignment. We can’t open the dishwasher fully anymore. We think the kickboard might need to be removed, sanded and replaced

So I bought this cabinet recently and carried it all the way up my stairs for my room and it’s currently sitting in the living room cause it doesn’t fit past the door frame to get into my room 😭 can anyone think of anyway they can get it past the door frame, happy to pay you $20 to come take a look and see if it’s possible and if you’re able to do it will give you another $30. If it’s possible it should take more than 5 mins to do I literally just need it put into the next room as you can see in the pic
