Remove wardrobe shelving ( see image) External Carpentry Works: Convert an existing window opening ( approximately 2m wide into a sliding door opening ( approximately 2- 2.2m wide) and Install new sliding door. Build 2 external steps from the new sliding door opening. Remove 2 external window hoods/awnings. Replace 2 damaged palings. Plane bottom of front gate so it opens freely. Note- all existing framing timber with plaster walls ( tests have been done for asbestos and certificate can be provided to you)

Apply timber cladding panels behind TV. I have all the materials including construction glues and panels but do not have circular saw tool to cut the panels. No need to remove TV bracket. Area is 3500mm wide x 2400mm height approximately and panel size is 600mm wide x 2400mm height.

I need a handyman/carpenter to adjust an existing steel support post under an outdoor timber beam. The top of the steel post is currently not properly aligned with the timber beam above, which has allowed the beam on that side to drop slightly by a few millimetres. The job should involve: Carefully pushing/pulling the existing steel post approximately 20mm into the correct position Making sure the timber beam is properly supported by the top of the post Securing the top of the post to the timber beam with 2 suitable structural screws/bolts Checking that everything is firm and properly supported afterwards The bottom of the steel post is already fixed into concrete, so it does not need to be removed or replaced. Photos attached. This should be a relatively small adjustment/fixing job for someone with the right tools.

Remove existing caulking and install scotia trim to base of kitchen cabinetry. Approximately 9 metres around cabinetry. The gap between timber floors and cabinets is anywhere from a few mm to 18mm. See photos attached.
