Carpenter to glue / fix vinyl floor boards - they have too much movement, big gaps between. Another job is to fix or replace vinyl floor edge angle boards as per photo. Sharp metal edges on the corner were sticking up. I have bolted it down as a temp fix - needs a proper solution. And one more job will be to replace 7x hardwood boards in the outside stairs - cut them to shape as in photo to fit around the posts. Price includes all consumables as in hardwood and bolts etc.

There is currently a large cupboard with a single shelf and a door which needs to be removed somehow, ideally without compromising the rest of my cabinets or countertop. Dishwasher installation is NOT required, only the cabinetry modification.
