I need my deck restored as the wood is a bit faded. It needs to be sanded and restained. It’s a pretty small area.

I have a tenant who left an area of the lounge room removed of stain. I will need the whole room sanded back and re-stained. The room is approximately 3.75 x 4.25 and a small hallway about 1mx1.3m. The boards are solid wood. Need to match as close as possible to other rooms. Need to supply own tools and stain

This is a sub floor and not a concrete slab so weight will need to be minimised. Looking to either frame it up, blue board or whatever is required and then either finish it with a smooth micro cement render or tiled in travertine.

I have a tall cat scratch pole which cannot be secured into the base because the board underneath chipped. I’m hoping it can be repaired quite easily - replacing it is $119 which I may just have to do, but interested in seeing what’s possible.

I need a cabinet maker to make a new cavity so my new oven sits properly. I don’t want a frame around it. Do not have materials, but colour doesn’t matter as we’re painting the kitchen. I was thinking maybe a melamine piece could cover the old space and be cut out to match the new oven. But whatever works…I’m flexible , whatever is easiest and cost effective, as long as oven sits properly. John
