Find experienced local carpenters in Norman Park

Hello, I am looking for a few urgent items to be done as we move into a new place in 2 weeks. 1 - install a wooden baby gate at the top of the stairs. Photo of stairs and gate idea attached. I don't have the gate itself so would either need it to be built or ordered 2 - install a swing gate on the balcony to prevent toddlers from toddling off the edge 3 - This is optional and not as urgent. If you can do 1 & 2 but not 3 then please go ahead and offer. Sorry I don't have a good picture of the access. We are looking to install a door that can be locked to separate downstairs and upstairs. Won't be used regularly so it would be nice if it tucks away neatly. Thank you

I am looking for a carpenter or similar to sand and stain my outdoor table 2400 x 90. Prefer if you have the equipment required (to sand and stain) and a tarp or similar to protect the tiles under the table (just had tiles pressure cleaned)

I need qualified cabinetmaker only. No DIY or Kaboodle ideas thanks. I need new doors made custom & fitted. White overheads & pantry. High range laminate board with new style bonded edging. One of the side rails of a wooden slat bed has come loose. Looking for a carpenter or qualified handyman to take a look and see if it can be fixed. Will pay for all material required in addition.

I have four hardwood privacy screens that are in very good condition but due for a sand and paint. I will supply the electric sanders, sandpaper and paint. Two of the screens will require a ladder. The other two are on the ground level. I expect that the task will take most of the day.
