It is a small deck that requires cleaning/staining. The area is 4.5 sq metres plus 2 steps

Need to reduce the height of a dining table by cutting off around 1-2 inches off the table legs (which are solid wood). I need someone to cut the legs to measure and create a little gauge in each leg to fit the silicone sticky pads (picture attached).

Re-stain and coat small outdoor decking to fix some issues. Require the result of an even finish. Assist with removal of a couple paint stains on legs of concrete table. Flexible on date but would like ASAP.

There currently is no caulking at the base of my kitchen. I would like this done as it’s a wet area. Have attached photos to demonstrate current condition. Island bench is roughly 2.1m length and the kitchen is 2.6m and 1.6m.
