In my front yard are 9 wooden posts that run from the ground floor decking up to the balcony on the 1st floor. At the bottom of some of these posts, I can see some of the wood has started to rot. Rather than replace the entire posts, I would like a joiner to remove the part that is rotten and replace with a material that won’t rot in the future. To access the bottom of the posts, the decking slats need to be unscrewed and lifted up.

Carpet stain from curry spilt on floor, have tried using bicarb and dishwashing detergent to remove. Really need to get it out.

Our induction cook top was not installed correctly and we need to modify the kitchen joinery to allow for more air ventilation. There are two key changes. 1: Need to cut a hole out of the kicker under the oven and install a ventilation grill (I can supply the grill) 2: Need to see if we can retrospectively expose a small gap between the oven and countertop. There is a small board above the oven which I think could be removed and something done in this space but need someone with expertise to advise what is possible. The benchtop is Cesarstone however the white board under it is wood. Happy to negotiate final price as no idea what this would cost

Small food stain 15 X 15 cm. Have tried bicarb and vinegar but some of the stain remains.
