Need to remove the Gas Lift off my office chair

We need someone to dismantle, deliver and reassemble a Springfree trampoline (2.5m) from Neutral Bay to Lewisham.

Finish off the (50% completed) assembly of an IKEA entertainment unit/module . The core work has already been completed, but would like someone to finish the job, who has prior experience with these flat packs/handy man Besta is the make/model/brand.
